How did you come up with this concept?

  I have been making lots of mugs, tees, etc on Etsy and they all had a message on it. I’ve always wanted to make clothes that would suit on any body, gender, style. Lounge wear it was.

Why “Made By Immigrants?”

  I wanted to represent something important to me, to my family, who I am as a person. Something I knew I’d want people to see. I’ve always been proud of how blessed I am to be and do what I do all due to the sacrifices of my parents who migrated to the States in the 80s. This message is to remind what this country represents, who its people are. So, let’s say it with our chest.

At this time, Prima Creates is not accepting returns on clothes due to sanitary reasons during the COVID-19 Pandemic. Please assure the correct sizing before your purchase. 

If your item is defective during the shipping process, we can help you make a claim with USPS. 

If you believe you were sent a faulty item, please email shopprimacreates@gmail.com. Rest assure all products are sent from our warehouse checked, sized correctly, and bagged appropriately. 

Apparel: Sizing details in the description. This is categorized as a mens-relaxed fit, size up for a more "baggy" feel. 

Beanies: Beanies are one-size, measurement is listed in its respective description. 

At this time it takes 5-10 business days for items to ship. If you purchase an item during "pre-sale/pre-order" the time frame is to be determined by the shop. 

*Note*

If an item is dropping as a "pre-sale" - it means this item is going to release and you are purchasing pre-release. This is for customers to get items on a first come first basis when a new or popular item is coming. Pre-sale's usually are a small bulk of an order. Pre-sales will take up to 14 days before shipping.

At this time, Prima Creates is using USPS as the shipping carrier. Most shipments are Priority Mail (1-3 business days). If your shipment is delayed after we have already shipped - this is on the carrier and not our business. 

If there is any damage to the clothing due to the shipment: Please contact us to help guide you on making a claim on USPS for "damaged goods."

Overnight shipping option is not available at this time.

If you are regularly a M in Men's - I would size UP to a L in our Tee's! If you like an oversized fit, I would size up TWO sizes.
